The Haze-Free Education Training is a bystander intervention-based training that utilizes both online content and in-person role play to provide students with the knowledge and skills to intervene and challenge negative behaviors associated with hazing.

The online portion of the training takes approximately 25-30 minutes to complete and focuses on providing students with a sound foundation of knowledge around the broad concept of hazing and how hazing is challenged at MIT.  The in-person portion of the training takes approximately 1 hour complete and provides a brief review of the online content followed by opportunities for small gorup role play and debrief.

For access to the online program and to schedule an in-person training with your team, group or organization please contact us at hazefreemittraining@mit.edu.
