Haze-Free Education Training

The Hazing Prevention Education Committee offers a values-based workshop designed to help student teams, groups, organizations and living communities create positive, inclusive, and tradition-rich environments for new and current members. This interactive training explores the root causes of hazing and guides groups in building healthy, ethical practices that align with their mission.

Participants will learn how to:

• Welcome new members in ways that build trust and belonging
• Recognize the systems and dynamics that contribute to hazing
• Align organizational practices with shared values
• Identify and intervene in all forms of hazing
• Promote a culture of ethical leadership and accountability
